Refund Policy

At Eratiana Rent-a-Car, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent rental experience. This policy outlines the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled vehicle pick-up date are eligible for a refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
• No-shows or failure to present the required documents (such as a valid driving license and Emirates ID or passport) at the time of pick-up will result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee.

2. Early Vehicle Return

• If the vehicle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused days.

3. Vehicle Unavailability

In the rare case that the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Eratiana Rent-a-Car will:

Offer a similar or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost, or Provide a full refund if no suitable replacement is available.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
• Eratiana is not responsible for any processing delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Security Deposits

Security deposits are separate from rental charges and are refundable within 21 business days after the vehicle is returned, provided:

• There are no traffic fines, toll (Salik) charges, or damages,
• The vehicle is returned on time and in its original condition,
• There are no excess mileage charges.

6. Policy Acceptance

By confirming your booking with Eratiana Rent-a-Car, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
